Identification/Signature Validation

Validation and certification of documents by a notary involve verifying the requester's identity through valid identification before notarizing the document. The notary ensures the signer is willingly and knowingly signing the document, free from coercion. This process confirms the authenticity of the signature and ensures the document is legally binding. The notary then affixes their seal and signature, certifying that the document has been properly executed according to state laws, providing trust and legal protection.

Loan Document Signing

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) facilitates the loan signing process by ensuring that all documents are properly executed, witnessed, and notarized. They act as an impartial third party, verifying the signer's identity, explaining the documents when necessary, and ensuring all signatures are correctly completed. While not offering legal advice, the NSA ensures the signing process runs smoothly and accurately, helping to finalize the loan agreement and ensuring compliance with state and lender requirements.
Note: Appointments for Notary Signing Agents are normally requested by a mortgage or Title company on behalf of the customer.
